The Hybrid Animal Bootcamp–

A community of athletes committed to improving both running and strength– and proving it in a local time-trial or HYROX race.

Our differentiator– we use a small-team approach to HYROX training with teams of 5-12 athletes at similar skill levels holding each other accountable.

Beginner Class–

We'll teach you the moves and help you transition to new modalities (runners who rarely lift, lifters who rarely run).

Intermediate/Pro Class–

Let's baseline your fitness, fine-tune technique, and optimize your HYROX race by improving your weaknesses.

HAB Memberships

The bootcamp consists of both Hyrox workouts and Track workouts. You can do either one or both! Below are options for:

  • Hyrox workouts (class packs of 8, 6, 4, or 2)
  • Track workouts (HAB Track, month-to-month)
  • Both– Bundle together 1) choose which Hyrox class pack 2) add-on HAB Track at checkout

HAB Hyrox Class Pack (R+)

  • Wednesdays 6p at Grip Fitness (next to Cosmic on S Congress)
  • 1 Hyrox class + 2 on-your-own workouts each week
  • Gym fee is not included in monthly price. $30/month paid separately to Grip.

HAB Track Membership (Relay Base)

  • Fridays 7a at Yellow Jacket Stadium
  • HAB Track is a part of the Relay Base membership. Relay Base allows you to attend ANY partner workout on Relay including HAB Track. Mix & match as you wish. Each month, HAB will do 3 track workouts and explore one other Relay partner workout.
