The Hybrid Animal Bootcamp–
A community of athletes committed to improving both running and strength– and proving it in a local time-trial or HYROX race.
Our differentiator– we use a small-team approach to HYROX training with teams of 5-12 athletes at similar skill levels holding each other accountable.
Beginner Class–
We'll teach you the moves and help you transition to new modalities (runners who rarely lift, lifters who rarely run).
Intermediate/Pro Class–
Let's baseline your fitness, fine-tune technique, and optimize your HYROX race by improving your weaknesses.
